Enbridge is hiring a Supply Chain Analyst II right now—when you apply, Raise will review your application within 48 hours and contact qualified applicants for interviews.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute tasks, projects, and processes related to the modification and validation of banking data with suppliers.
  • Receive and triage banking modification requests daily; perform data entry and validation from submitted requests into SharePoint.
  • Prioritize, triage, and execute requests by confirming bank details directly with the supplier via phone.
  • Manage a queue of modification requests, group mailbox, and voicemail.
  • Update ServiceNow with information received from suppliers, accepting or rejecting submissions.
  • Adhere to the control framework for bank details in master data records.
  • Report on volumes of requests, including open, rejected, and approved.
  • Resolve stakeholder issues through the escalation process, providing exceptional customer service while balancing customer and company interests.
  • Initiate, maintain, and update supplier master data by analyzing and removing duplicates, ensuring data quality across ERP systems.
  • Serve as a primary contact for banking validation in support of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, identifying data readiness issues, providing recommendations, and facilitating calls with stakeholders.
  • Perform regular data audits in all ERPs for banking updates.
  • Review data for errors, omissions, and updates regularly with the Vendor Master team.

Qualifications:

  • Intermediate level role with 3-5 years of related experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated initiative, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • High proficiency in data manipulation skills in Excel and Power BI.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and fostering a cooperative work environment.
  • Experience with data sustainment and master data governance practices.
  • Experience with banking data setups in large ERP environments.
  • Awareness of bank fraud and security practices for verification.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a sense of urgency.
  • Clear communicator, problem solver, and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy and completeness, including the ability to spot errors.

Desired:

  • Bachelor’s degree/diploma in business administration, finance, accounting, supply chain, or logistics, and/or 3+ years of experience in supply chain (including Accounts Payable and Procurement) in an organization of comparable size and complexity, preferably in oil and gas.
  • Experience working in contemporary procurement and payment systems and processes.
  • Experience with major source-to-pay software/ERP such as Ariba/SAP/Oracle Cloud/GEP/Coupa (Oracle Cloud is ideal).

Preferred Skills:

  • Diligent and meticulous in data integrity requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, including MS Excel, SharePoint, PowerBI, and ServiceNow.
  • Excellent oral communicator with good interpersonal skills.
  • Effective at understanding problematic and complex situations (analytical thinking).
  • Detail-oriented and able to incorporate critical and logical thinking in everyday tasks.
  • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
  • Highly self-motivated and directed.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment as well as with remote teams (including offshore).
