About the Role: 

As an ERP Functional Analyst, you will provide subject matter expertise in Alteryx and Power BI, creating models to validate and transform data from SAP and Power Plan. You will support the Internal Controls team in documenting control points in business processes and play a key role in data conversion for Oracle Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a data conversion specialist, supporting ERP Finance Data Teams, Business SMEs, and the System Integrator in profiling, extraction, cleansing, conversion, and validation of data for Oracle Cloud.
  • Participate in conversion function designs with business and ERP functional teams to ensure accurate data mapping, rules, and validation.
  • Utilize Alteryx to create data models, pulling large data sets from multiple sources and applying transformation logic.
  • Collaborate with Business functional teams to determine critical data points for validation.
  • Communicate technical topics to non-technical audiences as needed.
  • Identify data readiness issues, provide recommendations, plan and execute resolutions, and escalate as required.
  • Support data conversion processes across the data lifecycle to meet program timelines and key dates, including cutovers.
  • Identify opportunities for data readiness optimization and execution to maximize efficiencies.

Scope / Dimensions:

  • Provide direct support to data quality and conversion teams under ERP Finance, SCM, or AWM workstreams.
  • Interface with ERP Data leadership to escalate issues and ensure project alignment with Unify objectives.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for workstream teams.

Qualifications:

  • Related university degree in Business or Technology.
  • Experience with SAP, Power Plan, or Oracle Cloud.
  • Expertise in Alteryx for creating and building models.
  • Experience with SQL and Power BI.
  • Knowledge of data standards and data quality reporting.
  • Ability to identify risks and issues, recommend actions, and escalate when necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and influence skills with technical and functional personnel.
  • Willingness to delve into details to progress work and report status.
  • Understanding of enterprise-wide and Business Unit specific requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry experience in energy storage and distribution.
  • Experience with large-scale, complex project go-lives (e.g., cutovers).
  • Experience with data transformation on large enterprise programs.
  • Experience with Internal Controls and mapping to business processes.
  • Experience with data sustainment and enterprise data governance.
