About the Role:
Join our team as a DSM Tracking & Reporting Analyst, where you'll play an integral role in ensuring the success of our DSM (Demand Side Management) projects. Leverage your analytical skills to validate project savings, manage incentives, and enhance internal processes. Be part of a dynamic environment working alongside industry professionals dedicated to energy conservation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate customer participation, including calculating m3 savings and processing incentive payments. Utilize resources such as manufacturer websites and CRM applications for verification.
- Handle DSM project entries in CRM, prepare Accounts Payable batches, and manage cheque processes for customers and account managers.
- Address and resolve inquiries and complaints regarding customer and service provider claims.
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve project discrepancies and minimize DNQ (Do Not Qualify) occurrences.
- Enhance the tracking and reporting functionalities of the T&R system, assisting internal users with system capabilities and enhancements.
- Maintain and update process documentation related to Tracking & Reporting.
Scope and Dimensions:
- Ensure processes align with Evaluation requirements and provide top-notch service to both internal stakeholders and external customers.
Collaborative Working Relationships:
- Engage with Energy Solutions Advisors, Business Intelligence, DSM Business Solutions, Customer Care, and Accounts Payable, as well as third-party collaborators such as Service Organizations and Energy Advisors.
Skills and Qualifications:
Required:
- Strong analytical skills with a knack for process improvement.
- Post-secondary education in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (formulas and pivot tables).
- Competency in CRM platforms, understanding data structures, and data querying for reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strength in cross-functional collaboration.
- Detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple priorities and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Collaborative team player demonstrating initiative, self-confidence, and a strong work ethic.
Preferred:
- 1-3 years of analytical work experience.
- Background knowledge in energy conservation program delivery.
