Job Overview

We are seeking a Data Analyst (Power BI) to join our Customer Care Analytics team. This role involves supporting the day-to-day execution and maintenance of routine reports, as well as handling ad hoc requests that support Billing, Collections, Call Centre, Digital Channels, and Compliance functions. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with data tools to deliver timely and accurate reports, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports for Customer Care teams, including metrics related to customer calls, billing, collections, and digital channels.
  • Maintain and update existing reporting packages using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, and Power BI.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of recurring reports by validating data sources and applying quality checks.
  • Respond to ad hoc reporting requests from team leads and business partners.
  • Support reporting needs related to digital adoption, call volume reduction, back-office exceptions, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with IT and business support teams to ensure data availability and resolve reporting issues.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience (1–3 years in reporting or analytics).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Power BI, SQL, and Python.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and performing basic data analysis.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with SAP Analytics (Business Objects, Crystal Reports) is an asset.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required for the role.
