  • Maintain and update documentation for SCADA architecture, network diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
  • Support cybersecurity initiatives by applying OT security best practices, including patch management, access control, and network segmentation.
  • Assist in the deployment and commissioning of new SCADA assets and field devices (RTUs, PLCs, HMIs).
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Participate in after-hour support on-call rotation, responding to SCADA-related incidents and alarms.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., NERC CIP, ISA/IEC 62443).

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Automation, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting SCADA or industrial control systems in a production environment.

  • Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and tools relevant to OT environments.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:
