About the Role:

This position ensures accurate, compliant, and high-quality technical documentation within the Electronic Document Management (EDM) system (Meridian), supporting internal teams, external consultants, and EPC contractors.

  • Ensure the integrity and quality of technical drawings and associated metadata within the EDM system.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve issues related to data quality, process gaps, or system inefficiencies.
  • Provide professional, clear communication with internal stakeholders, including the preparation and presentation of reports and data summaries.
  • Assist external consultants and internal teams by providing relevant information, standards, and procedures related to drawing control and contractual requirements.
  • Support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of UST drawing control standards, procedures, and best practices.
  • Coordinate construction and as-built drawing services using Meridian document control software for projects assigned to EPC contractors.
  • Collaborate closely with Drawing Control Analysts and Drafters (UST, Offshore, and Vector) to maintain drawing accuracy and metadata consistency across systems.
  • Apply established procedures while adapting approaches to new tasks or non-standard situations as required.
  • Manage workload, priorities, and deadlines effectively in a dynamic, project-driven environment.
  • Perform additional duties as required, including special project assignments and preparation of technical drawings for internal teams, external requestors, and field sites.

Qualifications:

  • Related Technology Diploma or a combination of relevant certifications and 0–3 years of related experience.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred).
  • Experience with Meridian or comparable drawing/document management systems (preferred).
  • Oil & Gas industry experience is considered an asset.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for resolving technical and data-related issues.
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, innovative, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and initiative.

Please note: Successful applicants will be employees of Raise, working at Enbridge facilities with both Enbridge and contract employees.
