About the Role:

  • The role is responsible for leading the development, maintenance, and communication of cross-functional GDS Investigations reporting. This includes ownership of monthly LDC reports that support performance management and continuous improvement across Gas Distribution and Storage operations, including Enbridge Gas Ontario, Enbridge Gas Quebec, and U.S. utilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end creation, maintenance, and enhancement of GDS Investigations reporting.
  • Produce and distribute monthly LDC performance reports across all regions and utilities.
  • Ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned with operational and regulatory needs.
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective reporting solutions and management tools.
  • Build and refine dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations that support decision-making.
  • Proactively identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities through data analysis.
  • Advise business teams on strategies, tactics, and metrics to monitor and optimize performance.
  • Support operational excellence by highlighting areas for process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • University Degree required: Business, Finance, Mathematics or Engineering
  • 5 years experience working in performance measurement, reporting and/or analytics
  • Excellent communication, issue/problem resolution, presentation and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated results in implementing improvements and driving results
  • Proven track record of successfully establishing and maintaining excellent client relationships.
  • Exceptional computer skills using Excel and Power Point
  • Experience with Excel, Power BI, Business Objects and other performance reporting tools
  • Business intelligence skills coupled with the ability to conduct in-depth analysis

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

  • Position operates in a standard office environment.
