About the Role:

Join our dynamic team as a Technical Analyst for an Integration Program focused on acquired business units within the Operational Technology (OT) and SCADA workstream. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional with a strong IT background and expertise in systems integration. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless and efficient integration of our OT SCADA systems, meeting all project deliverables on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and assist in transitioning newly acquired critical SCADA and OT systems into the company's environment.
• Collaborate with business users to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. Assist in creating project documentation, specifications, and use cases.
• Support all aspects of vendor onboarding, including creating RFPs (Request for Proposal), SOWs (Statement of Work), evaluating responses, and assisting in vendor selection.
• Assist in planning, executing, and tracking project milestones. Provide support in identifying and resolving project risks and issues, ensuring alignment with business requirements, project milestones, and timelines.
• Collaborate with technology and IT teams to develop and support technology solutions for project deliverables. Support testing activities and assist in developing and implementing OT procedures.
• Track issues, change requests, and deployment timelines. Manage Change Management and Production Cutover processes.

Criteria & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Proven 7-10 years of experience as a Technical Analyst.
• Experience with Mergers & Acquisitions and Systems Integration Projects/Programs. Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with software tools like JIRA, Trello, PowerBI, or other project management software.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in Operational Technology systems (SCADA/HMI/Control) for Gas Pipeline or Gas Utility.
• Experience working with Professional Service Companies.
