Summary:

We are seeking a Project Manager with extensive experience leading large‑scale, cross‑functional and multi‑disciplinary programs within Real Estate, Workplace Services, and enterprise environments. Expert in risk prioritization, budget governance, financial administration, and change management. Proven ability to lead strategic and transformational initiatives, align business objectives with project outcomes, coordinate complex interdependencies, and drive operational efficiency. Trusted internal consultant known for strong stakeholder influence, governance support, and delivery of projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prioritize, and manage project risks while operating within agreed budgets
  • Develop, approve, and execute project charters and detailed project plans
  • Assign activities, monitor progress, and launch project awareness and engagement campaigns
  • Manage diverse workstreams including policy and guideline interpretation, data management, and vendor coordination
  • Oversee financial information, including historical facilities spend, ensuring accurate documentation and data integrity
  • Design and implement change management and communication plans for strategic and transformational initiatives
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and alignment across interdependent projects
  • Maintain clear, consistent, and effective communication with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners
  • Lead cross-functional teams, align business objectives with project outcomes, and influence decision-making at multiple levels
  • Take full accountability for project outcomes, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
  • Provide internal consulting support to resolve complex business challenges and support organizational change
  • Streamline operations while driving strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and performance

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management within complex environments
  • Engineering or MBA degree preferred; candidates with other relevant degrees will be considered
  • Change Management certification is an added advantage
  • Strong understanding of risk management, financial control, and budget oversight
  • Experience delivering large-scale, multi-disciplinary integration programs
  • Excellent time, task, and financial management skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience developing and executing change management and communication strategies
  • Ability to effectively coordinate across diverse teams and stakeholder groups
  • Proven track record in general management or internal consulting roles
  • Demonstrated persistence, resilience, and tenacity in achieving project goals
  • Strong expertise in planning, analysis, and cost optimization
  • Experience streamlining operations and driving strategic transformation
  • Solid financial administration experience, including invoicing, payments, and purchase orders
  • Ability to guide, coach, and support teams through transformational change

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • High sense of accountability, ownership, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in team environments
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Proficiency with project management tools and software
  • Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
