About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the execution of capital projects across the Midwest Region. This is a highly execution-focused role, responsible for taking approved and scoped capital projects and driving them through planning, construction, execution, and closeout.
  • The ideal candidate is a hands-on, results-driven Project Manager who can independently manage multiple stakeholders, contractors, outages, and field activities, delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget, with minimal oversight.
  • This position is 100% capital charged.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead capital projects from formal handoff through final closeout
  • Own and manage all aspects of project execution, including:
  • Scope
  • Schedule
  • Cost
  • Safety
  • Quality
  • Execute a repeatable portfolio of asset replacement projects, including but not limited to:
  • Booster pump replacements
  • Valve replacements
  • Pressure Control Valves (PCVs)
  • Assume full project ownership once equipment is ordered and drive projects to completion
  • Develop simplified drawing packages as required (e.g., actuators, controllers, power)
  • Coordinate closely with key internal stakeholders, including:
  • Regional Operations supervisors and engineers
  • Asset Management Coordinators (ACMs)
  • Outage Coordinators
  • Identify and mitigate project risk through effective upfront planning
  • Lead and manage:
  • Management of Change (MOC) processes
  • Risk reviews
  • Procure materials and services in accordance with company processes
  • Manage contractors and vendors during field execution
  • Ensure complete, accurate documentation and proper project closeout

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience delivering capital projects as a Project Manager
  • Strong execution experience across:
  • Detailed project planning
  • Field execution and construction oversight
  • Project closeout
  • Proven ability to successfully execute projects with loosely defined scope
  • Experience working collaboratively with:
  • Operations teams
  • Field construction personnel
  • Contractors and vendors
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior Enbridge experience
  • Background in pipeline, energy, or other regulated asset-intensive industries
  • Familiarity with:
  • Oracle purchasing systems
  • Management of Change (MOC) processes
  • Outage planning and coordination
  • Maximo asset management system
