Overview:
Join our dynamic Supply Service Center team at Enbridge, where you'll play a crucial role in managing requests and supporting both our internal customers and suppliers through our innovative portals. This position is an integral part of our Performance Center Team, focusing on three key areas: Dispatch Requests, Internal Customer Service, and Supplier Portal Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispatch Requests:
- Review and assess purchase requisitions for accuracy and completeness.
- Determine urgency and direct requisitions to the appropriate Buyers located across the US and Canada.
- Gain exposure to front-end processes for purchase orders and SCM’s category structure.
- Learn about various ERP systems used by Enbridge.
Internal Customer Service:
- Assist internal stakeholders with inquiries related to purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and tool usage.
- Engage in regular, ongoing interactions with customers, requiring effective communication skills.
Supplier Portal:
- Support external communications as part of the Customer Engagement Team.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Suppliers engaging with Enbridge regarding Purchase Orders, Invoices, and other SCM functions.
Qualifications:
Required:
- University degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain, supplier/vendor maintenance and relations, customer service and support, accounts payable, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables and spreadsheet creation.
- Proven relationship-building and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently.
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across large organizations and regions.
Preferred:
- Experience with ERP systems for supplier onboarding, specifically Oracle Cloud and Service Now.
- Ability to work with urgency in a customer-facing role with tight timelines.
- Strong customer service skills, including the ability to communicate instructions effectively.
