About the Role:
Are you an Engineer in Training with a passion for pipeline integrity? Do you thrive on planning and executing processes, practices, and projects for Integrity Management programs? Join our industry-leading pipeline integrity team as an EIT and contribute to maintaining the safety and reliability of our pipeline systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete pipeline Threat Assessments and Integrity Plans for assigned pipelines, including Fitness for Service assessments.
- Execute threat management programs on assigned segments of the Enbridge GDS system.
- Develop and implement pipeline Integrity Plans to achieve safety targets, including zero rupture and zero leak goals.
- Conduct integrity assessments and analyses for threat management programs related to the Enbridge GDS system, focusing on Corrosion, Crack, Deformation Threat Management, and interacting threats.
- Select inspection technologies and techniques, and determine re-inspection frequency for pipelines.
- Analyze data from Inline Inspection, Direct Assessment, Hydrotesting, and Nondestructive Examination (NDE) field results to determine actionable requirements such as Integrity Digs and Repairs, and assess pipeline Fitness for Service.
- Ensure compliance of integrity management processes with regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Provide support to stakeholders on integrity matters.
Requirements:
- University Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience.
- Valid class G driver’s license with a responsible driving record.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to perform detailed analysis.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and meet defined timelines.
- Capability to work with minimal oversight.
- Proficiency with PC applications and computer literacy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
- Organized, strategic thinker, and self-starter.
