Responsibilities:
- Work with OCM leads to develop processes and channels to:
- Manage all pre and post-logistics for engagement sessions for the OCM change and engagement and training teams including, but not limited to: facilitated sessions, in-scope events, validation sessions
- Work with team to understand timing, event placeholders and dry run sessions, invitations or invitation/Enbridge Events calendar, start and record meeting and transcripts, record meeting minutes, post session survey, schedule/conduct debriefs, post follow-up materials and communications, track sessions analytics, coordinate responses required for Q&A
- Develop processes to work with team to develop and/or refine presentations for management, team meetings and engagement sessions as directed
- Ensure all regular team reports/updates are completed in a timely basis including gathering of information from OCM leads/team members, completing reports as requested and circulating for approval
- Work with the OCM Leads and OCM PM on regular plan updates and as directed
- Work on content for Unify team meetings and follow-up on meeting minutes and action items; provide transparency to leaders on tasks, deadlines and risks
- Update, run and publish reports
- Support visualization, key messages of reporting needs
- Manage distribution lists for various communications/engagements/role mapping sessions
- Schedule all OCM meetings and record minutes
- Post Release 5 content to ELink or SharePoint sites as directed
- Contribute to continuous improvement ideas for the OCM team
- Support other coordination and administrative needs as requested across all OCM workstreams working to prioritize requests, identifying conflicting task priorities
Qualifications:
Required:
- Minimum of 5+ years coordination experience or educational degree/certification leading to proven advanced computer software competency
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work with multiple competing priorities
- Initiative to proactively investigate and follow-up on outstanding actions/items
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of tools (Excel,Word, Powerpoint, MS Project, Outlook)
- Power BI, SharePoint, Publisher or other editing/publication working knowledge/experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for communication/presentation development
- Customer service attitude
Preferred:
- Experience on implementation projects considered an asset
