Position Overview

As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy a comfortable and pristine environment during their stay. You will be responsible for maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards while delivering outstanding customer service that reflects our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to established standards
• Interact professionally with guests and respond to their requests promptly
• Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns to appropriate personnel
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and amenities
• Follow all health and safety protocols and procedures
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Required Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic English required, conversational English essential for guest interaction
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
• Morning shift availability required
• Knowledge of hotel operations is an advantage
• Professional, reliable, and team-focused
