Do you have a knack for crafting engaging social media content and a passion for building brand awareness? Are you a wiz at influencer marketing and staying ahead of the latest social media trends? If so, we want to hear from you!

Our dynamic agency, Eleven, is seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in developing and executing strategic social media campaigns for our diverse clientele, with a focus on the B2B sector.

THE TASK AT HAND 

  • Collaborate with the social team to understand client brand voice, target audiences, and campaign goals.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Create engaging and high-quality content calendars and social media content (text, visuals, videos) that resonates with target audiences.
  • Manage social media calendars and schedules for consistent posting and engagement.
  • Identify and partner with relevant influencers to amplify brand reach and build brand loyalty.
  • Monitor social media conversations, brand mentions, and industry trends.
  • Analyse social media data and reporting to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media tools, platforms, and best practices.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO TBWA  

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) and their unique audiences.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to tailor content for different platforms and audiences.
  • Experience with influencer marketing and collaboration.
  • A passion for social media and staying ahead of the latest trends.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a proactive approach.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience working in the social media and advertising industries.
  • Knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
  • Video editing skills.
