ABOUT THE JOB 

We’re looking for a driven and capable Business Manager to join our Melbourne team. This role plays a key part in delivering PR-led and social-first campaigns: you’re the engine that keeps this high-performing team moving – driving operational excellence, smashing deadlines, and making sure every detail is on point.  

A DAY IN THE LIFE 

  • Managing the development and execution of PR-led campaigns across a portfolio of clients 
  • Providing strategic counsel and day-to-day guidance to clients, managing weekly WIP meetings and building trusted relationships at multiple levels 
  • Collaborating with internal creative, strategy, and production teams to bring bold ideas to life 
  • Leading and managing influencer programs, events and partnerships to drive earned impact 
  • Leading campaign reporting and analysis to evaluate success and develop key learnings 
  • Managing and mentoring junior team members — setting priorities, reviewing work and supporting development 
  • Staying ahead of cultural, media and influencer trends to keep client work relevant and future-fit 
  • Bringing curiosity, creativity and energy to every brief and every challenge 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ELEVEN 

  • 3-4+ years working in a similar environment 
  • Experience working with large brands with award-winning campaigns   
  • Proven background in working in an integrated, creative environment encompassing planning, creative, digital, content and production   
  • Strong time management skills – able to juggle multiple projects while maintaining high standards and attention to detail 
  • Deep understanding of how modern newsrooms and newscycles operate 
  • High comfort level with fast-paced, creative-led environments 
  • Strong client management and presentation skills
