About the role

As a Construction Supervisor, you will lead on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

You'll be supported to succeed with:

Our Ideal Candidate

You are an experienced Construction Supervisor with a solid trade background, preferably in carpentry, and hold a Cert IV in Building & Construction and a Qualified Supervisor Certificate.

• You have a proven track record in supervising new home builds (and/or over 50's lifestyle communities)
• Are a safety champion, ensuring a safe worksite for all employees and subcontractors.
• You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to build trust with developers, team members, customers, and trades; and
• Hold a valid driver's licence with no restrictions.
