CREATE THE FOOTPRINTS OF TOMORROW

At ECCO, you become part of a meaningful, developing and diverse workplace. You join a global family of more than 25,000 people who are proud to create the footprints of tomorrow.  Headquartered in Denmark, we are a family-owned company that offers international opportunities. Our environments, stores and facilities have an informal culture – our shoe code however is stricter.

A world leading brand of shoes, combining style and comfort, has built its success on uncompromising quality, innovative technology and the design philosophy - "the shoe must follow the foot". ECCO is the only major shoe manufacturer to own and manage every step of the shoe making process, and its team members are the life force behind its products, designing, developing, producing, and taking responsibility for every detail. ECCO products can be found in 4,000 branded sales locations in over 90 countries; a growth fueled by ECCO's consistent aim of making the best shoes in the world.

Pleasingly, due to an internal promotion, ECCO Pacific is on the hunt for our new Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant role is integral in supporting initiatives that ensure cohesion across all departments as we drive the business forward.

You will be a stickler for detail, and a lover of all things organised, who prepares communication, reports, presentations, meetings and travel arrangements for the General Manager and ECCO Pacific Senior Leadership Team.

In addition, you will be responsible for event coordination, administration of our internal communication platforms, coordination of employee engagement activities, and all things office management.

About YOU:

  • You will have a commitment and professionalism to all interactions (both internal and external)
  • Demonstrated ability to think ahead and forward plan, whilst proactively suggesting new ideas in line with the business objectives
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a retail or FMCG environment
  • A persuasive and influential communicator with the ability to hold people to deadlines
  • Proficient written communication and well-versed in preparing documentation, reports and presentations
  • an understanding and common-sense approach to upholding sensitivity and confidentiality

This is an exciting time to join ECCO as we continue to expand our retail operations throughout Australia.

ECCO provides a progressive working environment, including leadership and ownership at all levels and a truly flexible working environment. Oh... and did we mention we can fuel your love for shoes with attractive team member discounts?
