About the ROLE:

Facilitating the development of high performing teams through ongoing coaching and training of our retail teams and partners with our retail leaders to drive sales performance and success, whilst fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Retail Operation Managers in collaboration with the Head of Retail, partnering with our instore retail Leadership teams, you will plan and execute the training initiatives for VIC, SA, WA & QLD. These initiatives include coaching our instore teams to maximise sales opportunities, facilitation of formal training programs, induction and onboarding of new team members into the business, in particular through ECCO Ambassador and Selling Ritual training, supporting succession planning activities through structured development plans, and administration of our online learning platform/LMS for ECCO Australia and NZ.

The role is based in Melbourne VIC, whilst travelling to SA, WA & QLD is a requirement of the role.

  • Experience in a retail sales environment or similar role
  • Certifications in training and assessment and experience working with behavioural/personality profiling tools would be advantageous, however not essential
  • The ability to travel to stores across Sydney, Canberra and travel internationally to New Zealand
