Responsibilities:
- Reports to the AP SAP Integration & Assurance Lead
- Responsible for Assurance of the approach to Process design
- Responsible for Assurance of the approach to Solution Design, Build and Test activities
- Responsible for supporting Planning, Execution and Reporting of Process and Solution Assurance activities
- Responsible for onboarding of PF Process / Solution resources
- Responsible for onboarding of PF Business Lead and SMEs
- SWIFT Design Authority for AP PF for the Deployment Program
- Member of the AP Change Authority for Process and Solution Changes
- Responsible for management of Process / Solution Risks and Issues
- Report on Stream work progress, risks and issues.
- Ensure that the design and build meet the business requirements.
- Monitor risks and issues and assist to identify resolutions/actions on an ongoing basis. This will involve discussion with the Global and the Participating firm counterparts.
- Ensure that all the legal and statutory requirements are captured with sufficient details to enable the solution.
- Provide assistance to the Participating firm where required.
- Perform toll-gate reviews at the end of each project phase to ensure that all the deliverables and criteria are met.
- Provide inputs to the test planning cycles.
- Review the test scenarios and cases to ensure sufficient coverage and relevance to the Participating firm business processes. Ensure the corrections are made where required.
- Review the test execution results.
- Review testing defects to ensure sufficient details are captured and well-articulated, and the business impact.
- Ensure that the defect resolutions are technically and operationally appropriate.
- Provide inputs for the daily defect triage meetings.
- Provide inputs and assistance to the Data team where required.
- Provide inputs to the change management activities.
Requirements:
- Experience in SAP Record to Report
- Experience in SAP AP
- Senior functional experience with S/4 HANA
