We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to assist our rapidly growing customer base. As part of our DevOps team, you will be the primary point of contact for customers for all technical issues.
Working with us, you’ll acquire highly coveted skills, essential to this technology, by navigating the world of NoSQL databases. This includes learning about the principles and concepts of distributed systems, understanding what goes into good NoSQL database design and becoming proficient in the best practices for building NoSQL-backed applications.

Role Description:
- Interacting with customers
- Providing support for software applications
- Work on support tickets as well as enhancements and development requests
- Troubleshooting Incidents, Working with Couchbase Support to resolve issues
- Become a product expert for customers and stay up to date on new features for our products.
- Identify and write internal and external technical articles or knowledgebase entries, like typical troubleshooting steps, workarounds or best practices
- Assisting teams with Database Query / Index Tuning and Optimization
- Reviewing / Designing Data Models
- Log Analysis
- Monitoring clusters through Prometheus/Grafana/Splunk
- Writing Prometheus Rules/Alerts for proactive incident response
- Interpreting metrics and making recommendations to the teams
- Rotating US Shift
Requirements:
- Strong development Background. Java, .Net
- Background with Cloud (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
- Experience with Technical Support
- Linux Server Administration
- Experience with NOSQL Database is an advantage (MongoDB, Datastax, Cassandra)
