What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and implement the site maintenance strategy
- Drive plant reliability, uptime, and performance outcomes
- Manage preventative, predictive, and breakdown maintenance
- Oversee contractors and maintenance systems
- Lead root cause analysis and improvement initiatives
- Plan and schedule maintenance to align with operational needs
- Ensure safety, compliance, and risk management standards
- Develop and coach your team to build capability and performance

What We’re Looking for
- Engineering qualification or mechanical trade background
- Proven experience leading maintenance teams in manufacturing
- Strong track record in maintenance strategy and reliability improvement
- Experience with Maintenance Management systems (e.g. MEX) and structured maintenance systems
- Ability to influence, coach and build high-performing teams
- Strong problem-solving capability with a continuous improvement mindset
- Flexibility to work varied hours to engage with both AM/PM shift team members
