What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll play a pivotal part in strengthening financial leadership across Distribution and Freight, partnering closely with supply chain leaders to deliver actionable commercial insights and drive performance. With accountability across a large cost base, the role combines financial stewardship, forecasting and project leadership to influence decision-making and optimise outcomes.
You will empower stakeholders through clear analysis, build strong partnerships and continuously improve processes, contributing to a high-performing, people-centric culture where individuals are encouraged to think commercially and take ownership of results.

What We’re Looking for:
- A commercially minded finance professional with strong analytical capability and experience managing large cost bases
- Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and translate financial insights into business outcomes
- Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and month-end processes within complex operational environments
- Strong continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to identify and implement process efficiencies
- A collaborative team player who can influence, mentor others and contribute to a high-performing finance team
- A strong relationship builder with highly developed interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with and influence stakeholders across all levels of the business
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities across a complex organisational environment while maintaining focus on key business outcomes
