Your Role

Join a close-knit, high performing team making products that coat Australia's homes and iconic buildings. Looking for self-starters that enjoy variety, successful candidates will rotate across a roster of manufacturing, filling and warehousing roles in a mixed day shift/afternoon shift roster.

You will work a 5 day week on a rotating day and afternoon shift roster. Site operational hours are 6:00am - 8:45pm with the opportunity to work overtime on Saturday mornings, when required. 

A Production team member sets the foundation for the site’s Safety and Quality performance and is integral to the products and services we deliver to our customers and underpin the site’s “can do” mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Batching of raw materials
  • Operation of machinery and working with robotics
  • Cleaning of process equipment
  • Manual handling and lifting
  • Warehousing duties

Skills & Experience  

To shine, you will need to be passionate and driven to succeed in the manufacturing environment, and with your strong mechanical aptitude you will be part of identifying problems and implementing the solution! Along with this you will have the following:

  • Great communication skills and a team player
  • Receptive to change and have a continuous improvement mindset
  • Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and recipe cards
  • Strong health and safety awareness
  • Experience operating manufacturing machinery
  • Current Forklift Licence
  • Reach Truck Experience
