Territory Manager

About the role

We're looking for a Territory Manager that will focus on growing and maintaining the existing Dulux customer base consisting of Trade partners in the South Eastern Suburbs, you'll have the ownership and support you need to succeed, both from your leaders and your colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Growth of key accounts with existing and targeted customers.
• Maintaining the network and relationship within the Trade Sales/Construction Industry.
• Leveraging relationships and market intelligence via networking and industry engagements.
• New business development, tailoring Dulux’s value propositions.
• To be considered the subject matter expert about the products.

 Skills & Experience

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to harness established customer relationships and create new ones.
• Relevant computer skills with the ability to learn
• Great energy and enthusiasm with a genuine, down-to-earth attitude
• Strong sales acumen and demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
• Experience within the construction sales Industry will be highly regarded
