As a Customer Service Officer, you will engage with our customers at various points in their construction journey and create a strong relationship between the consumer and various Parchem brands.

The business will support those who wish to step into this space with a strong training and on-boarding program at the start of your journey with us.

This is a full-time or part-time position and will require you to work rotating shifts within a monthly roster to accommodate the Centre's operational hours which are between 7am and 6pm .

Responsibilities

• Respond to queries and order requests via phone calls and emails within a timely manager
• Manage customer orders and entry deadlines are met
• Recommend products across our brands in line with the consumer's enquiry
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the set timeframes, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Be involved in ongoing training and on-the-job learning

 Skills & Experience

You’ll bring clear and professional communication skills with the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people. As a great team player, you will be able to self-manage and can adapt to changing priorities and situations. Other key skills and experience include:

• Demonstrated experience in customer service
• Highly organized with strong time management
• Ability to be proactive and supportive
• Excellent attention to detail
