We’re looking for a Part-time Finance professional to join our friendly Pinegro team in Bacchus Marsh, VIC. This is a varied role where you’ll be involved in a broad range of finance activities.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Processing supplier invoices and creditor payments accurately and on time
- Supporting weekly payroll processing, including STP, superannuation and payroll compliance
- Completing bank, payroll and account reconciliations
- Maintaining accurate employee payroll records
- Liaising with suppliers, employees and site teams to resolve payroll and accounts queries
- Assisting with Accounts Receivable, invoicing and month-end activities, as required

What We’re Looking for
- Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll or finance administration
- Payroll experience, including STP, superannuation and weekly payroll processing
- Confidence using Xero, Deputy, online banking and ABA payment files
- Experience with bank, payroll and account reconciliations
- High attention to detail and accuracy when working with financial information
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Intermediate to Advance Excel skills, including spreadsheets, reporting and reconciliations
NOTE - Due to operational requirements, the successful candidate will need to be available to work on Wednesdays (as this is Pinegro’s weekly payroll processing day) with flexibility available around other work days and hours.
