What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll play a key role in enabling safe, efficient and high‑quality manufacturing and filling operations at the Rocklea site. Leading frontline teams, you will ensure people are well trained, supported and empowered to deliver production targets across safety, service and cost, while working closely with Maintenance, Planning and Distribution to keep operations running smoothly and issues addressed early.
Operating in a highly visible role, you will translate business priorities into clear, practical execution on the manufacturing floor, reinforcing consistent standards. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you will drive team‑based problem solving, build capability through coaching and development, and embed a culture of ownership where people continuously improve how work is done.

- A safety‑first leader with a solid understanding of manufacturing risk and high‑hazard environments, who leads by example and puts effective controls in place.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for frontline teams and build trust across shifts and functions.
- A people‑focused leader who can motivate, influence and develop frontline teams to achieve strong safety, quality and performance outcomes, with hands‑on experience in process‑driven manufacturing environments and a strong focus on daily execution.
- A confident decision‑maker who can hold standards, lead through challenge and manage complex operational dynamics.
- A continuous improvement mindset, with capability in problem solving, root cause analysis and using data to improve processes.
