Your role:
We are currently seeking a driven and strategic National Account Manager to lead Dulux Coatings’ growth in the Commercial Repaint & Remedial market. In this national role, you will focus on building and managing strong relationships with national trade accounts, corporate partners, and asset owners managing large-scale commercial properties across multiple states and sites.
Acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, you will blend sales, technical support, marketing, and business management expertise to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. You will also collaborate with our Dulux Trade Sales teams to manage and convert project specifications into sales, ensuring long-term success for Dulux and our partners. This is a diverse and high-impact role, offering exciting exposure to market segments including healthcare, education, aged care, accommodation, industrial and multi-residential developments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a national strategy for the Commercial Repaint & Remedial market across key industry sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with national accounts, providing business analysis, regular communication, and strategic support.
- Facilitate brand-specific colour development and secure national specifications in partnership with the Dulux Colour team.
- Support project delivery through close coordination with Dulux Trade Sales and contractor networks via our CRM system.
- Add value to key contractors through market intelligence, networking, and high-level account support.

Skills & Experience
- Proven success in business development and key account management at a state or national level.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Market research skills and the ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Commercial acumen and solid technical knowledge in the coatings, construction, or property sector.
- Confident using CRM systems and business planning tools to manage pipelines and client activity.
- Strong IT literacy and the ability to work autonomously within a high-performance team environment.
