What You’ll Be Doing:
In this role, you’ll grow market share across Inspirations and Dulux Trade Depots by building strong external sales capability within partner stores and developing new customer opportunities both in-store and across regional territories. Acting as a trusted advisor and influencer, you’ll work closely with store owners, trade painters, builders, specifiers, and other key stakeholders to drive sales performance, premium product mix, and customer acquisition. You’ll lead capability uplift through training, product knowledge, and execution of marketing programs, while also managing a defined customer territory in regional and rural areas. This role combines strategic planning, hands-on customer engagement, and strong collaboration with state sales and specification teams, supported by regular travel and performance reviews to deliver profitable growth in line with the Trade Sales Strategy.

What We’re Looking for:
- Proven sales experience with strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Ability to build relationships and develop customer and store capability
- Technical understanding of paint application or willingness to learn
- Results-driven, organised, and comfortable working independently
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
- Competent with CRM and standard Microsoft applications
- Willingness to travel, including overnight regional trips
