This a varied role, and you will get brilliant exposure working and supporting the Digital Platforms Lead. In this highly collaborative and engaging role, you will also work with internal stakeholders in product, project and other IT&DE team and facilitate improvements to both tooling and processes.

The role is based out of Clayton with flexible working arrangements.
Responsibilities
- Support and manage the tools and services within the Digital Platform team (DPT)
- Manage the process of onboarding and offboarding of projects, teams and third parties with Digital platform services
- Facilitate configuration, administration and integration for tooling in the Digital Platform team.
- Manage support and request tickets and assist in any triage required for the Digital Platform team
- Work with vendors to find opportunities for improvements to the Digital Platform
Skills & Experience
- Experience in Information Technology or Digital
- Strong web/digital technical literacy
- Experience with administration of Saas and other digital platforms
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
