What You’ll Be Doing: 

We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused professional to join the Dulux Acratex team, managing a well-established customer base in metropolitan Sydney, NSW.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a fixed territory with strong growth potential. You’ll work closely with architects and specification managers, with a focus on our Specialty Finishes range.

You’ll also play a key role in supporting our store teams—becoming the go-to person for training on both new and existing products.

What We’re Looking for: 

  • Build and maintain a consistent call plan aligned with the national framework
  • Manage contacts and projects effectively using CRM tools
  • Drive growth across key texture‑coating categories
  • Develop a strong local project pipeline within your territory
  • Lead local and national promotional sales initiatives
  • Strengthen relationships with suppliers, industry groups, and associations
  • Bring experience in business development, ideally within a similar industry
  • Confidently use CRM and planning tools
  • Demonstrate a strong track record of sales growth
  • Apply a commercial, solutions‑focused mindset
  • Communicate and negotiate with clarity and influence
