What You’ll Be Doing
We’re looking for a reliable, safety‑focused Production Team Member to join our manufacturing team in Rocklea. In this hands‑on role, you’ll be involved in manufacturing and filling while contributing to a safe, efficient and continuously improving workplace.
- Manufacture paint batches by following detailed process recipes
- Meter, mix and prepare raw materials (liquids and powders)
- Operate automated and manual filling, palletising and labelling equipment
- Contribute to hazard assessments and safety improvement initiatives
- Support continuous improvement and problem‑solving activities

What We’re Looking for
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Basic data analysis skills
- Problem‑solving capability in a team environment
- Manufacturing experience is valued but not essential
- Forklift licence (or ability to obtain one)
