Join our IT team in one of many newly created roles at the heart of DuluxGroup’s digital transformation, helping deliver a major business upgrade across SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Databricks.

What You’ll Be Doing   

  • Develop strategic roadmap, ownership model and decision pathways for the employee AI experience
  • Establish a structured process to discover, assess and prioritise AI opportunities
  • Translating genuine employee and business problems into polished, supported and measurable AI experiences
  • Defining quality standards for AI agent design, grounding, testing, publication, support and retirement
  • Coordinating the evaluation of AI tools, platforms and vendors, with consideration for security, scalability, supportability, cost and employee fit
  • Building persona-based adoption and enablement pathways that strengthen employee confidence and capability

What We’re Looking for

  • Proven experience leading AI, digital product, service design, adoption or modern workplace capability within a complex enterprise
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise AI products, employee agents and practical AI use cases
  • Experience in AI experience design, evaluation, product discovery and lifecycle management
  • An understanding of responsible AI, privacy, information protection and governance
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT and automation ecosystems
  • Experience with change, communication, adoption and learning approaches
  • The ability to influence senior technical and business stakeholders
