Your Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support and grow performance across an established dealer and customer network in NSW.
This is a relationship‑driven role focused on partnering with existing customers to improve capability, engagement, and commercial outcomes. It is not a high‑volume new business role and will suit someone who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, influencing outcomes, and developing others.
Responsibilities
- Build strong, trusted relationships with an established network of customers and partners
- Support performance improvement through coaching, guidance, and structured engagement
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and recommend practical solutions
- Drive growth through improved execution, capability uplift, and long‑term partnership
- Manage a defined NSW territory with a mix of metropolitan and regional travel

What we're looking for
You are someone who,
- Has experience in business development, account management, territory management, or a similar role
- Enjoys working with existing customers or partners, rather than pure new‑business hunting
- Is confident influencing, coaching, or developing others to improve performance
- Is organised, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously in a field‑based role
- Brings a relationship‑first mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Industry experience is not essential — we are more interested in how you work, not just where you’ve worked
