We want you to live the joy of the garden and show consumers how they can grow so much more than a garden by providing them with handy hints, tips and recommendations on our various Yates products.

This is a real consumer-focused role so to succeed you’ll need to have an excellent phone manner and the confidence to deal with challenging situations with ease. You’ll be joining a small, close-knit team so a positive approach to teamwork is a must – you’ll be someone who gets stuck in with whatever is needed to get the job done.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to consumer and customer product enquiries in a timely manner
  • Research any complex queries, problem solve and provide resolutions
  • Record enquiry details, log and investigate product issues, and provide marketing feedback
