Your opportunity
Reporting to the Learning Activation Manager, this newly established role provides support to the development and activation of Lincoln Sentry marketing activities. You’ll be tasked with the development of marketing assets in conjunction with design team resulting in customer-facing marketing activation, communication and learning content to external customers in partnership with key internal stakeholders to support go to market activities.
This role sits within our Marketing function at Lincoln Sentry and has been designed to assists the business with creating, implementing and managing marketing collateral, sales activation and learning programs, in line with business strategy and priorities. You will drive all internal and external marketing initiatives across customer and consumer segments.
Here’s what you’ll achieve here:
- Assist with the planning, delivery and execution of marketing plans and deliverables to support promotions and new product releases
- Coordinate the creation of marketing assets (photography, video, etc) to support delivery of Lincoln Sentry’s activation program
- Coordinate and lead the development of blended learning assets/programs to support new product and other training activities
- Support coordination of Lincoln Sentry cabinet hardware and architectural hardware product range visibility
- Support the development of written and visual content to support product releases and branding campaigns
- Assist in coordinating local branch and industry events
- Actively engage with key vendors to schedule and facilitate training sessions in various formats
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing and a minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing role (preferably B2B)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of MS office programs and other digital platforms
- Ability to work with cross functional teams to deliver projects
- Strong technical skills, particularly in digital design and understanding of brand standards
- Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple tasks and navigate complexity
