What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead manufacturing and distribution costing, including standard costs, COGS, PPVs and labour recovery
  • Partner with Operations to deliver meaningful manufacturing performance reporting and insights
  • Own inventory analysis, including aged, excess and slow‑moving stock, provisions and write‑offs
  • Manage capital expenditure, including business cases, ROI analysis, forecasting and reporting
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning for operations
  • Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes and reporting
  • Act as a trusted finance partner across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics and procurement
  • Support future M&A activity through due diligence and operational integration of acquisitions

What We’re Looking for

  • Degree in Commerce, Business or Accounting (CPA / CA qualified or progressing)
  • Proven experience in manufacturing, FMCG, warehousing or distribution
  • Strong background in cost accounting (standard costing) and inventory management
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Pronto, SAP or similar)
  • A proactive, hands‑on approach with a passion for data integrity and problem solving
  • Ability to work autonomously with a high level of ownership and accountability
  • Highly relationship‑driven, with the ability to engage and influence cross‑functional stakeholders
