What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead manufacturing and distribution costing, including standard costs, COGS, PPVs and labour recovery
- Partner with Operations to deliver meaningful manufacturing performance reporting and insights
- Own inventory analysis, including aged, excess and slow‑moving stock, provisions and write‑offs
- Manage capital expenditure, including business cases, ROI analysis, forecasting and reporting
- Support budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning for operations
- Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes and reporting
- Act as a trusted finance partner across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics and procurement
- Support future M&A activity through due diligence and operational integration of acquisitions

What We’re Looking for
- Degree in Commerce, Business or Accounting (CPA / CA qualified or progressing)
- Proven experience in manufacturing, FMCG, warehousing or distribution
- Strong background in cost accounting (standard costing) and inventory management
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Pronto, SAP or similar)
- A proactive, hands‑on approach with a passion for data integrity and problem solving
- Ability to work autonomously with a high level of ownership and accountability
- Highly relationship‑driven, with the ability to engage and influence cross‑functional stakeholders
