What You’ll Be Doing:   

As an SAP Support Analyst – Supply Chain, you’ll drive improvements in how the business leverages current and future applications. You’ll identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and introduce technologies that support operational and financial goals. Your ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders will be key to shaping strategic decisions and delivering impactful solutions.

We're looking for a dynamic professional to help drive smarter systems and better user experiences across our supply chain.

  • Proactively identify and implement system improvements that simplify processes and enhance usability
  • Ensure all changes meet quality standards with clear documentation and effective knowledge sharing
  • Act as a go-to contact for troubleshooting and user support, empowering teams through training
  • Collaborate with Architecture to design creative, scalable solutions that meet business needs
  • Lead projects across IBP, Production Planning, Demand & Materials Management with best-practice approaches
  • Manage system upgrades and updates to maintain support and introduce new functionality
  • Deliver measurable impact through cost savings, efficiency gains, and improved user satisfaction

What We’re Looking for:  

  • Extensive SAP experience, including designing, configuring and specifying changes within SAP Production Planning (PP) and APO environments.
  • Experience with IBP modules is highly regarded, while exposure to AI tools would also be advantageous together with experience with S4 Hana implementation.
  • Strong business-process understanding, with the ability to translate operational requirements into practical, effective system solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the judgement to tailor information and influence stakeholders across technical and business teams.
  • Proven experience working across project management methodologies, producing quality documentation and driving commercially focused outcomes.
