What You’ll Be Doing: 

As the Fosroc Trainer (NSW), you’ll deliver engaging, hands‑on product training to internal sales teams and external customers, building technical capability, product confidence and brand advocacy across the Fosroc and Emer portfolios. You’ll facilitate practical and virtual learning sessions at the Padstow training facility, ensuring training is accurate, aligned to technical data and tailored to a wide range of adult learners. Alongside training delivery, you’ll manufacture and manage high‑quality product samples, maintain stock and equipment, and support the development of training modules and mock‑ups. You’ll work closely with sales, marketing and technical teams, uphold the highest safety standards, and contribute to continuous improvement—combining strong product knowledge, commercial awareness and engaging facilitation to drive customer engagement and conversion.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to demonstrate and explain products clearly
  • Commercially minded and customer‑focused, able to connect product knowledge to real‑world application and conversion
  • Practical and hands‑on, comfortable working with tools, equipment and product samples
  • Organised, credible and influential, with the presence to build trust and strong relationships across teams and customers
  • Ability to work autonomously
