So much good. So let’s make it better.

You might not have heard of us, but we're sure you know the high-quality brands and products we’ve been distributing to the building industry for almost 40 years.

With 25 locations across Australia, Lincoln Sentry is a proud part of the DuluxGroup family so we can support you as you grow with us. And while work is important, our top priority is to ensure you stay safe on the job, and get home to the people who matter most.

We’re really proud of all we’ve achieved over the years. But we’ve really only scratched the surface. Join us as a Communications Coordinator and help us as we take something great and make it better.

Your Opportunity

We’re looking for a dynamic Communications Coordinator to lead and support internal communications across the business. This role is ideal for someone passionate about employee engagement, strategic messaging, and creating clarity across teams. You’ll help shape and implement a structured internal communications framework that drives alignment and supports change. This is a part time role, 30 hours per week.

Here’s what you’ll achieve here:

  • Write and edit internal communications content, ensuring clarity and consistency
  • Develop and implement a formal internal communications plan and framework
  • Coordinate key business events including town halls, leadership meetings, and offsites
  • Support staff recognition initiatives such as internal awards
  • Provide general support to the GM and collaborate across marketing, learning activation, and digital teams

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in internal communications or marketing, ideally in a B2B environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of communication principles and frameworks
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and general business software
  • A relevant communications qualification (diploma or postgraduate preferred)
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to engage and align teams

But what’s most important is that you’re committed to doing good work, well. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with trustworthy people, so it’s important that you’re willing to work in a team environment. We’re also on a constant journey of growth, so you’ll need to have an open mind and be flexible to change.

Why choose us?

You know when you get to do good, quality work with people you actually like? It feels good, eh? At Lincoln Sentry, you’ll find no-nonsense people who get in and get it done. We roll up our sleeves, share the load, then head home, safe and sound.
