The Rocklea Distribution Centre is a critical, high-volume hub within the DuluxGroup supply chain, supporting multiple leading brands and servicing QLD, Northern NSW and NT. Operating across two shifts, the site manages complex service requirements making this role a key part of the leadership team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead, coach and develop a large warehouse team to achieve daily targets
- Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance across all operations
- Oversee warehouse performance including DIFOT, productivity and audits
- Manage resourcing, labour planning and operator performance
- Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver consistent customer outcomes
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking for
- Experience supervising or leading teams in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Strong leadership capability with the ability to motivate and influence others
- Solid understanding of warehouse operations and stock management
- Ability to prioritise and manage competing demands in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Flexible and solutions-focused in approach
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and optimise warehouse operations
- Strong computer skills and experience using MS Office and SAP (desirable)
