What You’ll Be Doing:

We’re seeking an experienced, people-focused Network Area Manager to Dulux Trade Stores across the Gold Coast region and Northern NSW (Lismore travel 1-2 times every few months). This role goes beyond day-to-day operations—you’ll coach and inspire high-performing teams, use data and insights to drive profitable growth, and build a strong, customer-first, safety-led culture. With support from cross‑functional partners across sales, safety and supply chain, you’ll take full accountability for service excellence, compliance and commercial performance while leading with purpose, influence and hands-on leadership.

The ideal candidate will be located on the Gold Coast.

What We’re Looking for:

  • Strong, multi-site, leadership experience with a track record of developing and coaching high-performing teams.
  • Degree qualified highly desirable
  • Proven ability to use customer insights and data to drive sales and performance.
  • Skilled in managing multiple stakeholders across functions such as safety, logistics, and supply chain.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive and strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and business growth.
