What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading end‑to‑end supply chain coordination for concurrent new product launches of both branded and private label / tender-based products
  • Partnering closely with Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Marketing and R&D
  • Managing suppliers, materials, timelines, run‑in / run‑out plans and launch readiness
  • Identifying risks early and implementing practical mitigation strategies
  • Coordinating tasks, tracking progress and keeping stakeholders aligned through formal stage-gate and governance processes
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost, efficiency and performance
  • Maintaining clear project documentation and delivering regular status updates

What We’re Looking for

  • Proven project management experience within supply chain, manufacturing or FMCG environments
  • Highly relational with strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Sound analytical thinking and a practical, solutions‑focused mindset
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines within a complex and fast‑paced environment
  • Clear communication skills, strong attention to detail and inquisitive mindset
  • Experience with NPD, product launches or process optimisation projects will be highly regarded
  • Drivers licence and flexibility to travel to various manufacturing sites and suppliers as required to understand products, processes, and risks
