What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will manage and support a network of Guthrie Bowron stores, working closely with store owners to ensure their success. This includes conducting range reviews, quarterly business reviews, and providing operational support such as tint machine management and back-end process improvements. You will be responsible for driving both trade and retail sales, influencing selling strategies, and supporting promotional activities. Collaboration is key, as you’ll work alongside the trade sales team and two North Island account managers. The role requires a high level of independence, so strong self-motivation and resilience are essential.

What We’re Looking for
- Strong account management experience preferred; technical or paint knowledge is a plus but not essential
- Self-driven, resilient, and able to work independently while building rapport with a diverse range of store owners
- Attitude, motivation, and the ability to handle challenging situations and conflict are critical
- Strong verbal and written communications and a high level of business acumen
