What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Maintenance Fitter, you will play a key role in keeping our Wyong site running safely, reliably and efficiently. You will bring a proactive approach to preventative and breakdown maintenance, while contributing to ongoing improvements through the design and fabrication of parts and equipment. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day, take ownership of your work, support a collaborative team culture and help drive a future focused, people first and continuously improving operation.

What We’re Looking for:
- Experienced in manufacturing maintenance, confident diagnosing faults and working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled in welding stainless steel and knowledgeable across pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics and mechanical systems.
- Safety focused, disciplined and comfortable working within permit to work systems and compliance requirements.
- Flexible and team oriented, able to adapt to varying shifts and contribute positively to continuous improvement.
- Communicative, reliable and motivated to take ownership of outcomes and support a high performing site culture.
