What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll drive customer relationships and sales growth across the Canberra/Jindabyne/Goldburn region by showcasing the value Lincoln Sentry delivers through its service, distribution network, branches, and technical expertise. You’ll be responsible for achieving sales revenue and gross margin targets, expanding new product penetration, and developing detailed customer account and call cycle plans, while acting as the technical expert across the Lincoln Sentry product range. Working closely with a trusted, collaborative team, you’ll bring a strong sense of ownership, adaptability, and a commitment to doing great work as the business continues to grow and evolve.

What We’re Looking for:
- Demonstrated sales experience in an account management capacity
- Trade facing industry experience (desirable)
- Strong customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work autonomously with proven experience in meeting sales targets
- Analytically minded with the ability to interpret data and prepare tendered agreements
- Strong computer skills and experience using CRM system
