Your Role
The SuccessFactors (EC) Payroll Support Analyst supports the HR, Payroll and Learning functions of DuluxGroup with its current and future applications. You will work closely with key stakeholders to identify areas of system enhancement, efficiencies and stability.
This role is also responsible for the administration of various elements of the support function such as change control and the monitoring of inbound tickets.
Key Responsibilities
- Address issues raised by users in a timely manner based on priority
- Act as a key contact for users in the areas of troubleshooting, analysing and solving software issues
- Work with the Architecture function when opportunities for system changes will result in fewer user issues.
- Manage and implement system upgrades or regular product updates within the SAP SuccessFactors environment.

Skills & Experience
- You will have experience in a SAP HRIS support environment and comfortable with the payroll system
- Great project management and problem solving skills
- A desire to work with various groups of people to produce great outcomes
