What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our Manufacturing team, you will play a key role in producing high-quality products while ensuring safe and efficient factory operations. You’ll contribute to achieving production targets, maintaining quality standards, and supporting a collaborative team environment on site.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Contribute to the safe and efficient completion of production schedules
  • Operate production equipment and forklifts safely, including conducting routine safety checks
  • Carry out appropriate checks to ensure equipment is in robust condition and lost time is minimised
  • Accurately record all activity and ensure all forms, documents and QA are up to date
  • Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and QA

What We’re Looking for 

  • Strong commitment to safety, quality and following procedures
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail, particularly with quality checks and documentation
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and problem solve
  • Reliable, dependable and proactive approach to work
  • Flexibility to work shifts and overtime as required
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or a production environment (desired but not essential)
  • Forklift license (or willingness to obtain)

Whilst previous experience in a manufacturing or a production environment is desired, we are open to developing someone who is looking to start their career in manufacturing.
