What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our Manufacturing team, you will play a key role in producing high-quality products while ensuring safe and efficient factory operations. You’ll contribute to achieving production targets, maintaining quality standards, and supporting a collaborative team environment on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the safe and efficient completion of production schedules
- Operate production equipment and forklifts safely, including conducting routine safety checks
- Carry out appropriate checks to ensure equipment is in robust condition and lost time is minimised
- Accurately record all activity and ensure all forms, documents and QA are up to date
- Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and QA

What We’re Looking for
- Strong commitment to safety, quality and following procedures
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- High attention to detail, particularly with quality checks and documentation
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and problem solve
- Reliable, dependable and proactive approach to work
- Flexibility to work shifts and overtime as required
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or a production environment (desired but not essential)
- Forklift license (or willingness to obtain)
Whilst previous experience in a manufacturing or a production environment is desired, we are open to developing someone who is looking to start their career in manufacturing.
