Your role:
We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Help & Advice Consultant to join our customer support team. In this role, you’ll be the voice of Dulux, engaging with customers and consumers, through various channels, including phone calls, emails, Live Chat, and social media — to answer questions, provide paint and colour advice, resolve complaints, and ensure every interaction is handled with empathy and professionalism.
This is more than just customer service — it’s about creating a great experience at every step of the paint journey. You’ll play a vital part in building brand loyalty, converting interest into sales, and delivering the kind of help and guidance that makes Dulux the go-to name in paint. You’ll also contribute valuable insights to the wider business through reporting on customer feedback, project types, and trends.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer and consumer experiences through phone, email, live chat, and social media.

- Manage and monitor the social media presence of the company, ensuring that content is brand-aligned and relevant to target audience.

Skills & Experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical or product details clearly
- Proven customer service experience with a focus on empathy, problem-solving, and relationship building
- Confidence across digital communication platforms, including social media, live chat, and email
- A creative and solution-oriented mindset, ideally with an interest in paint, colour, or home improvement
- Excellent time management skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude
